Hi I’m Hayley,

In August 2020, I became the Registered Manager here at Guild Healthcare. I should have introduced myself to the face book page long ago, but as you can appreciate, I have been extremely busy keeping our Service Users and Staff safe throughout the Pandemic.

I joined Guild Healthcare in 2013 as the Care Coordinator, throughout my time here I have completed my QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management, grown our team from 10 Staff Members to a team over 50 Staff whilst also ensuring the highest standard of care has been delivered.

A little bit of background on me- I have been married to my husband, Andy for 5 years, we have a child, Ellie, who is three years old, and a little dog called Bella. I live in Acle and love the sense of community the village has.

My focus is to ensure that all the people we support are happy and safe and also that our staff have stable and supportive employment.

I look forward to spending some time with our Service User’s, having a much needed catch up.
