Thank you staff for being so understanding and helpful, I feel Dad is lucky to be so well looked after.

It gives us peace of mind to know that she has emergency support at the press of a button especially when we are away from home.

The staff are, without exception, caring, understanding, patient and kind. My parents have always been treated with respect and dignity throughout some very challenging times for them.

On more than one occasion, significant additional care packages have been arranged through Guild Care at very short notice, even over bank holiday periods. The packages have been incredibly flexible and have been able to be scaled back easily, as and when my parents have improved.
